Job Title: Team Secretary Location: Epsom Hourly Rate: £18-£21 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Team Secretary to join our team in Epsom. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to support multiple team members effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical. Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the team. Requirements: Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and attitude. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
