Software Business Development Manager
UP to £35,000 OTE £80,000. TOP earners earn £140,000.
You will be responsible for:
1. Sitting client demos and generating new business opportunities.
2. Achieving monthly KPIs input & output metrics and business revenue targets.
3. FCA-regulated insurance experience.
4. Diary management.
5. Managing the pipeline daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sales journey.
6. Collaborating with dedicated BSCs to ensure high team performance.
7. Leading from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BDM.
8. Engaging and communicating professionally with decision-makers at a senior level.
9. Building effective relationships with existing customers through probing questioning, clarification, and appropriate language.
10. Adding value by positively discussing our company, brand, values, and products & services to ensure a professional image is always provided to customers and colleagues.
11. Maintaining and exceeding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
12. Being accountable for performance at all levels.
13. Self-generating opportunities through social selling and prospect/client referrals.
14. Achieving targets and business objectives in a fully compliant manner.
