A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Trust's Operational Response. This post will lead the daily Operational Business Response including daily internal and external briefings and management of on-call processes. The role will be expected to work across 7 days a week on a rota basis helping to cover the Trust's Operational response.
Main duties of the job
An excellent communicator and influencer, you will be required to ensure National, Regional and local Guidelines, processes, standards and policies for safe delivery of our daily business processes. The post holder will be required to perform tasks and processes required and will be pivotal in leading the development of processes to meet the ever-changing and challenging operational needs within LCHS. This post will also lead the Trust's Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response to ensure our services and our people are kept safe in the event of an incident. This role will also pick up line management for some Teams such as Patient Admin Services or the Operations Centre.

Salary: £53,755 to £60,504 a year, per annum, pro rata.
