Responsibilities:
- Procuring and managing quality private sector accommodation for people who are homeless/threatened with homelessness
- Responsible for managing agreements with all landlords
- Supporting tenants to sustain tenancies
- Receive and resolve queries & complaints from customers
- Ensure awareness of regulations and codes of practice in particular the safety of customers and staff
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant qualification e.g. minimum of NVQ 3, 2 A Levels or equivalent
qualification/relevant experience
- Proficient written and verbal communication
