About the Role As a Talent Co-ordinator Apprentice, you'll play a key role in our People Management team, with a primary focus on learning and development (L&D) processes and secondary support for recruitment and general HR functions. You'll provide essential administrative support, manage a variety of queries, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will maintain our recruitment and learning systems, facilitate onboarding for new starters, and contribute to creating a learning focused culture. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. Working alongside L&D, HR, and Recruitment Business Partners, you'll help Paradigm thrive as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities Learning & Development Coordinate internal and external training events, supporting L&D Business Partners with training logistics and participant communications. Manage mandatory training compliance, ensuring records are up to date and providing reminders to employees and managers. Update and maintain accurate records in the Learning system, processing changes for starters, leavers, and internal moves. Work with the team to maximise system capabilities, reducing administrative tasks and improving the user experience for employees and managers. Recruitment Support recruitment processes, including managing the online recruitment system, coordinating candidate interviews, and processing employment references. Prepare offer letters and contracts when required and support the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel welcomed and prepared. HR Generalist Support Respond promptly and professionally to HR-related enquiries, delivering excellent service to both internal and external contacts. Manage the HR inbox and answer employee queries on topics like holiday calculations, policies, and other HR matters. Manage invoices and purchase orders for the People Management team, following financial processes to track recruitment and L&D spending accurately. Reporting & Systems Management Produce and interpret reports for HR and L&D to help inform decision-making and track team performance. Ensure that recruitment and learning systems are well-maintained and user-friendly for employees and managers. About You To succeed in this role, you'll need to be customer-focused with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. You should be comfortable working with confidential information, managing multiple priorities, and always striving for accuracy in your work. Key Skills and Experience Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, Talent or a related area. Familiarity with HR, L&D, or recruitment systems would be beneficial. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing data. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and manage multiple tasks effectively. Analytical skills to produce reports and communicate findings clearly. Positive, proactive attitude with a professional approach at all times. Willingness and ability to complete a Level 5 CIPD HR Apprenticeship.
