What wards are we looking to recruit to?
We currently have a range of exciting opportunities across the organisation including vacancies in the Medical division. Below are some of the clinical areas where there are positions available, but this is not an exhaustive list:

To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based individualised plans of care. The post holder will also assist in the management and organisation of nursing work in the ward/department.

Responsibilities
1. Maintain a high standard of patient-focused care in accordance with Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust policies and procedures.
2. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
3. Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients, ensuring accurate written records are kept.
4. Communicate with patients and carers to ensure they have access to appropriate information.
5. Promote and maintain positive relationships between all staff involved in the care of the patient.
6. Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct.
7. Undertake duties on different wards/departments as and when required by service demands.
8. Demonstrate personal responsibility for compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
