Key skills and knowledge needed for the role:
* Consistently monitor food levels within the kitchen.
* Work safely and consciously to Food Safety Standards.
* Always wear the appropriate uniform.
* Clean equipment thoroughly and timely according to GDK standards.
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
* Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
* Demonstrate understanding of ingredients, methods, and build of menu products.
* Follow GDK cleaning and storage standards, including pot wash duties.
* Fill in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
