Job Title: Interim Finance Manager – PE backed Hospitality - Circa £375-£400/day Inside IR35

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to support a growing finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations and contribute to key projects during a major refurbishment. The ideal candidate will bring hospitality or food & beverage experience and be available to join 6-9 months, potentially extending to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Consolidation: Manage monthly consolidation, delivering reports to the Finance Director and PE investors.
* Model Reviews & Troubleshooting: Oversee and review semi-automated models, ensuring accurate monthly balances.
* Month-End Close: Perform month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis.
* Payroll & Sage Management: Oversee payroll and Sage operations with support from the finance assistant.
* Project Work & Analysis: Support ad hoc analysis and project work related to the club’s refurbishment.
* Process Improvement & System Enhancements: Implement BI tools and consider potential changes to financial reporting systems.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience: 3-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) with a background in hospitality or food & beverage.
* Attributes: Strong team player with a positive attitude, ready to roll up sleeves and dive into hands-on work.
* Skills: Comfortable making process improvements, with an analytical mindset.
* Work Style: Adaptable and proactive, willing to balance operational and project-based work in a dynamic environment.
Details:
* Contract Length: 6-9 months, potentially extending to 12 months
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, with flexibility for appointments as needed due to operational demands.
* 5 days a week in the office (Central London)
