This role is field-based and covers the regions of the home countries: Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Oxfordshire.
This Product and Compliance Trainer role requires unrestricted travel and overnights stays.

About the Product and Compliance Trainer Role:
Reporting to the Product and Compliance Training Manager the main responsibilities of the role will be to deliver training and support across all product categories and industry segments via a structured training program. You will ensure that both end users and distributors are fully trained in all aspects of the SC Johnson Professional product range for their market sector and that training is updated on a regular basis.
Responsibilities as our Product and Compliance Trainer include:
Increasing product usage through the improvement of HH compliance
Minimizing churn and creating sales opportunities through fostering customer loyalty by working together with distributor sales teams and targeted end users
Contribute to the delivery of the area sales budget through releasing capacity for the Account Managers to execute the new business growth pipeline.
Deliver training across all product categories, working with a structured training program and CPD accreditation.
In addition to delivering the Compliance and Retention Program the post holder will represent SC Johnson Professional at Industry events such as Conferences and Study Days
Experience you’ll bring as our Product and Compliance Trainer:
Experience in a customer facing role
Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control
Recognised Training qualification and/or experience
