About the Client:
Our client is a UK-based company in the industrial and commercial sector, sourcing a wide range of products from global suppliers and working with a network of distributors across the country.
Job Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Customer Service Advisor / Customer Success Executive to join our client based in Bingham. This is a high-level customer service role where you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls and email queries, providing exceptional support and solutions to our customers.
Pay and Benefits:
• £30,000 per annum
• 37.5 hours per week - Working Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00. (You may be required to work 1 Sunday a month)
• 33 days holiday (includes 8 bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound customer calls and email queries professionally and efficiently
• Proactively suggesting alternatives when items are out of stock, advising on restock dates, and managing backorders
• Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers
• Building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively
About You:
• Experience in a high-level customer service, client support, or account management role
• A confident and engaging communicator with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to think proactively and suggest alternatives to meet customer needs
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to go the extra mile
