Harvey Nash is partnering with a leading business based in East Yorkshire as they look for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service across a range of first line hardware and software issues primarily in a Windows environment including tools such as InTune, O365, and Microsoft Entra/Azure AD.
Experience of interest:
1. Providing outstanding technical support in a Windows environment.
2. Providing outstanding service to customers and colleagues.
3. Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, Hardware, Software configuration.
4. 1 or 2 years experience in IT with a desire to progress your career.
5. Basic networking and server support would be beneficial (Plenty of networking and server upgrades coming up).
6. Able to demonstrate Root Cause Analysis on a variety of technical issues would be desirable.
7. Full UK Driving License is required.
This is a permanent role paying up to £30,000, 5 days on-site, pension, holidays (+ bank holidays), learning and development opportunities (Certifications).
