You will be advising an international client base of UHNW individuals, family offices and other associated financial institutions, on all aspects of non-contentious trust, wealth management and private client work. It is complex, technically challenging and high-value work for demanding clients, making this the perfect move for an ambitious lawyer who wishes to fast-track their development in what is a world-class jurisdiction for the private wealth sector. Requirements
* Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted (Barrister or Solicitor) in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand or Canada).
* Likely to suit someone with 3-6 years’ PQE (minimum 3 years’ PQE required for work permit).
* Experience advising (U)HNW clients on complex trust, private client and wealth management matters. This is a client-facing role so you will also need to be a confident communicator who will relish the opportunity to contribute to business development.
