About the Role
We are looking for a creative, self-starter excited about joining a start-up and taking full ownership of growing our brand. You will work with a Content Creator and Growth Marketing Manager to grow our brand awareness, consideration, and engage with our customers to build brand loyalty.
So, what will you be doing?
1. Working with the Marketing Director to develop the Brand Strategy and channels to reach and engage with our audience.
2. Own the customer journey from the moment they sign up to the Bunch Club ensuring their experience is seamless and exceptional.
3. Execute the customer journey in Hubspot, working with a designer/copywriter where required and utilizing AI tools to create content aligned with our tone of voice and brand identity.
4. Plan and execute branded activities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
5. Develop and manage influencer and brand ambassador networks, fostering authentic collaborations that drive results.
6. Create compelling brand materials and content to support campaigns.
7. Track and analyze brand performance, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategy.
8. Create a communications calendar to regularly support our customer base.

Minimum Requirements:
1. You should have solid experience in brand marketing, influencer partnerships, event management, or creative brand strategy — ideally in the service or tech industries.
2. Experience working across channels including digital, direct marketing, social, email, SMS.
3. A strong track record of growing brands through influencer marketing, partnerships, and experiential campaigns.
4. A genuine interest in understanding these archaic industries (energy, water, TV licence) and simplifying this content for our customers. Getting under the skin of these products will be crucial to changing the way we deliver them to our customers.
5. Prior experience using Hubspot.
6. Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience managing influencers, agencies, and freelance creatives.
7. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify where potential problems may occur.
8. Ability to organize workflow and data wrangle.
9. Confidence in reporting on brand performance.
