MarCloud has mostly grown organically through inbound marketing in the past. We are looking for someone truely passionate about customers realising the value of Salesforce. Join our team, grow existing clients Salesforce value and capture value from building stronger links with our key GTM partners. Experience selling in the technology sector or Salesforce ecosystems is a distinct advantage. Our customers are Salesforce customers after all. You are: A Technologist - you see the upside in technological innovation communicate about it with authentic energy A Closer - you focus on next steps, urgency and getting to the heart of the issue Flexible in communication style and ability to task switch A relationship builder - you find win-win outcomes naturally and can convince others on the shared direction You will: Secure new logos for MarCloud through nurturing our relationship with key strategic partners (Salesforce primarily) Deliver an annual quota of sales sourced from partners directly, including referral sales, partner shared ACV and partner rebate income Clearly articulate next steps with customers and internal stakeholders as well as owning your own strategy to grow MarCloud’s Partner value Maintain strong CRM rigor and applying MarCloud sales process Additional Responsibilities: Partner Activation and lead gen Work closely with Demand Gen and Business Development to ensure our partners see us as valueable and easy to engage for co-selling opportunity LinkedIn Social Selling Leverage your presence on LinkedIn, engaging with our audience and being an effective social seller Internal Wiki Support our internal team by creating templates and content for our internal Wiki Events Provide support in organising and executing events, engaging attendees Champion high impact events and project manage where relevant to help you growth our partner relationship value Innovation Proactively source new partner relationships and enable our team on how to grow together Use data to drive your behaviour and hold yourself to a high standard of thoroughness Our GTM toolkit is best in class with intent signals, data enrichment, prospecting and sales training Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, Quip, Slack UnifyGTM Clay Salesloft Linkedin Sales Navigator Guru Ai assistants We will: Provide you with a springboard for success - strong brand presence, abundant testimonials and use cases delivered Support your Salesforce certification journey, and other role specific enablement so you can add more value to our clients and prospective customers Give you freedom to approach your goals in the way you deem most likely to deliver success - we like innovators with bias to action, and data backed assertions that yield new results Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to Eoin Walsh, VP of Sales at MarCloud. Requirements: Demonstrable high performance in a quota carrying sales role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn fast and establish yourself as an authority on the pains our customers experience Ability to collaborate with remote teams and work efficiently with high levels of autonomy.
