Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Referral and Assessment. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.

Duties of a Referral and Assessment social worker
* To participate in three weekly duty and contact and referral duty system
* Provide specialist duty cover when required
* Hold short term CiN plans and CP cases
* Attend team meetings are and participate in team development
* Work closely with other professionals such as the police and healthcare

Key requirements for the role

* Current SWE registration and valid right to work in the UK
* Have completed your ASYE
