Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.
3. Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
4. Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
5. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our existing HR team based at our Head Office in Woking.
