YEAR 2 TEACHER, MATERNITY COVER (FY1) Vacancy: Year 2 Primary Teacher Location: Thornton (FY5) Pay: £120-£150 per day Hours: Monday- Friday Start date: Monday 6th January This client school is in the vibrant community of Thornton is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Year 2 Primary Teacher to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of each child. Collaborate with colleagues to create an integrated and cohesive curriculum that aligns with national standards. Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment. Qualifications and Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a focus on Key Stage 1. Passionate about fostering a love for learning in young children.
