Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
* ILM Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management or willingness to complete within 2 years of appointment.
* Evidence of Continual Professional Development.
* Recognised Qualification in Improvement Methodology or a willingness to complete within 2 years.
* PRINCE II foundation or willing to complete within 2 years.
Desirable criteria
* Advanced Excel.
Experience
Essential criteria
* Participation in improvements/change management projects and process re-engineering.
* Problem identification and solving.
* Significant experience of working within a demanding/high intensity administrative setting.
* Ability to deliver deadlines on a wide range of administrative/project processes.
* Proven ability to analyse and appropriately present information so that it is easy to understand.
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working within an improvement/modernisation/project environment.
