Job Description: Major Job Functions: Provide professional and expert advice/guidance to employees and leaders in accordance with People policies, processes, and procedures. Build strong working relationships with leaders of all levels and provide proactive advice, support and guidance on complex and varied employee relations matters including investigations, suspension, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, performance issues, drugs and alcohol testing, absence management, capability situations, settlement agreements and contractual changes. Manage complex issues from end to end with minimal supervision, informing leaders of any risk and advising them on the best approach. Identify opportunities to improve and develop policies and procedures in line with employment law changes and best practices. Collaborate with key stakeholders to successfully implement policy changes that support business objectives. Support People Business Partners to execute people plans that support business objectives and priorities, such as organizational structure changes, changes in headcount requirements, tackling performance issues, improving employee experience and attracting/retaining talent. Work in collaboration with the Centers of Excellence, such as recruitment, reward, and learning and development, to provide a seamless, supportive, and proactive service to the business. Work closely with the internal legal team to respond to Data Subject Access Requests and ensure all requests are dealt with confidentially and in accordance with GDPR Regulations.
