We are looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative Inclusion Lead to join a highly motivated team in an outstanding school (Ofsted, April 2023). We are seeking a dynamic teacher with high expectations and a happy disposition. You will need to have a strong track record of (at least) good teaching and excellent pupil progress rates.
Responsibilities:
1. Be experienced/qualified/or be willing to train in the role of a Primary SENCO
2. Take responsibility for SEN/inclusion provision
3. Play a key role in school leadership and management
4. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Be able to motivate and support staff and pupils
6. Be an exemplary teacher
7. Have high expectations of children's achievement and behaviour
8. Be committed to working in close partnership with parents, governors and the wider community

Our pupils are aged 3 – 11, ranging from Nursery to Year 6, and mainly live in the area surrounding the school.
