Our client a leading specialist travel company is looking to expand their team, with a newly created role, Product Development Executive. This role will help maintain strong supplier partnerships and expand their unique offerings. Reporting to the Marketing & Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping their product portfolio and driving business growth. - Not hybrid, this is a full-time in the office role. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation providers and travel suppliers. Identify new opportunities to expand and enhance the product portfolio. Oversee annual supplier contract renewals and ensure alignment with quality standards. Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team to align product development with marketing strategies. Travel seasonally to negotiate contracts, meet suppliers, and explore new product opportunities. Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and providing training to the team. What they are looking for: Relationship management skills, ideally in travel or hospitality. Commercially minded able to negotiate exclusive rates and packages. Excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks. A creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small team environment. Flexibility to travel and meet suppliers.
