Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant As a Recruitment Consultant at Leadcare Nursing, youll connect healthcare professionals with opportunities that align with their skills and goals. Youll work closely with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process, playing a vital role in supporting our growth and reputation for excellence. What Youll Be Doing Engage and Support Candidates: Guide new candidates through the registration process in collaboration with the compliance team. Ensure candidates understand compliance requirements and match them with suitable job opportunities. Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients, candidates, and team members. Represent Leadcare Nursing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Deliver Exceptional Results: Achieve individual and team recruitment targets. Manage daily office operations, including data entry and maintaining accurate records. Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and market trends. Drive Success: Identify and gather information on new business opportunities. Promote a positive team culture while managing workload pressures effectively. What Makes You the Perfect Fit? Must-Haves: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or recruitment role within the last 3 years. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades A-C) or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Outstanding communication and influencing skills. Full driving licence and access to a car. Self-motivated, organized, and able to use your own initiative. Nice-to-Haves: Third-level education (degree). Previous experience in healthcare recruitment.
