HR Administrator (Temporary) Location: Roles across the GU area Job Type: Temporary Salary: Competitive We are always recruiting for proactive and organised HR Administrators to join various dynamic teams on a temporary basis. These roles typically are ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to expand their HR experience with hands-on involvement in various HR functions. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the administration of HR-related documents such as contracts of employment. Ensure the HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing relevant correspondence. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Assist in the coordination of training sessions and seminars. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc). Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position. Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular). Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS. Basic knowledge of labour laws. Excellent organisational skills. Strong communications skills.
