Application Delivery Advisor, Lead
The Application Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the technical excellence of Anaplan Sales Applications from implementation to full-scale deployment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, and professional services enablement to ensure delivery is consistent, scalable, and aligns with Anaplan's standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as an expert for Anaplan Sales Applications, guiding effective implementation strategies.
* Develop and oversee enablement programs and create comprehensive technical documentation for internal and partner use.
* Drive implementation success, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Empower partners through training and support, scaling Anaplan's service delivery capacity.
* Uphold and enhance implementation standards to maintain Anaplan’s brand integrity.
Qualifications
* Technical expert in the Anaplan platform and implementation methodologies.
* Functional knowledge of Sales Planning, Go-to-Market Operations, and Incentive Compensation.
* Proven experience in technical leadership roles, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
* Strong technical background with the ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successful partner enablement.
* Demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion in a customer-facing role.
