Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: GBP24,000 p/a
Location: Cumbria
Contract: Permanent
JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Day to Day Payroll Processing
2. Calculate and input SSP, SMP and SPP
3. Maintain up to date absence record cards
4. Run monthly reports to ensure pay rates are updated in line with NMW
5. Complete all payroll input in line with agreed timetable
6. Process pay runs in line with the agreed timetable
7. Process BACS Recalls
8. Process all monthly reports and ensure they are available to payroll team
9. File all statutory reports with HMRC
10. Respond to queries ensuring that all queries are satisfactorily resolved
11. Assist with training of new staff as required
12. Assist the Payroll Manager with other ad hoc duties as required
