The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Support should have:
* A strong track record in customer service or support roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* The ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Competence in MS Office and customer service software.
