Your focus will be to provide a leading service to our clients and outstanding care for their pets – you will be the intimate link between the pet owner and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the team is critical to your success.
There are two aspects to the role. One is to welcome the incoming clientele, answer questions, register new clients and serve our existing clients with all their needs - this is a client facing role and requires a smart appearance, a smile and a helpful manner. The second aspect is a more hands-on part of the job which involves taking the visiting client and pet through their clinical journey inside the consult room. This part of the role involves all aspects of the client care role to be carried out to a bespoke standard in a more intimate setting and supporting the vet and their needs as well.
This role requires the candidate to be on their feet throughout the day, it is client facing and the most interactive with the clinical team. All training will be provided.

* Whilst remaining caring and communicative, we require a high standard of work and efficient delivery of procedures and processes.
* We are a results-focused clinic and are looking for individuals that can provide solutions for clients whatever the challenge.
* The clinic uses specialised computer software, emails, communication platforms and all standard computer packages, so computer literacy, good speed of software familiarisation and navigation is a must.
* The role is 35 hours a week and will include 1/3 weekend rota. During the week you will work 3 full days. Flexibility and overtime will be required to cover colleague absence.
