Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our Oxford office. This role offers the opportunity to take on exciting, diverse projects across the UK, working alongside a talented and committed team. You’ll lead designs, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the production of design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and reports
* Manage site surveys, client and project management, and oversee engineers and technicians
* Ensure design compliance with British Standards, Building Regulations, and industry best practices
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, innovative solutions
* Contribute to tender reviews, fee estimates, and scope of work documents
* Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business
Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Building Services Engineering; CIBSE professional registration (CEng or progressing towards)
* Minimum 7 years of experience in building services engineering across multiple sectors
* Proficiency in design software such as Microsoft, Dialux, Amtech, Revit
* Knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, and renewable technologies integration
* Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing skills
