* Support the Convenience division in achieving profit and loss targets by guiding the team to meet sales and profitability goals.
* Develop and monitor promotional plans to drive incremental sales and expand distribution points.
* Manage and support a large external sales team, ensuring daily and weekly sales targets are met efficiently.
* Assist in creating and implementing growth strategies aligned with company objectives, using market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
* Enhance customer offerings, promote up-selling and cross-selling, and deliver tailored solutions to meet specific needs.
* Prepare regular updates on sales performance, maintain pipelines, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Work with internal teams, including buying, marketing, finance, and merchandising, to align product offerings and strategies.
* Ensure consistent and professional representation of the brand across B2B channels.
* Actively contribute to commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects to drive business growth.
* Set an example of excellence in professionalism, behaviour, and adherence to company values.
What we are looking for
