Volkswagen Financial Services UK (VWFS) is looking for a dedicated Sales Compliance Consultant to play a key role in delivering our Sales Compliance strategy. What You\\\'ll Be Doing:
As a Sales Compliance Consultant, you\\\'ll be at the heart of ensuring VWFS meets regulatory oversight requirements and that we continue to provide outstanding services to our customers. You\\\'ll:
* Implement first-line defence tactics across all VWFS sales channels, aligning with strategic business goals.
* Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory obligations and ensure our operations, and those of our Distributor network, act to deliver good outcomes for our mutual customers.
* Drive the Risk Review process, identify and challenge non-compliant sales practices, and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
* Conduct audits, deep dives, and retailer analysis to tackle risks, escalating to key stakeholders where necessary.
* Deliver Regional Development Plans, advising on at-risk Distributors and leading activities to mitigate any risks associated with consumer outcomes.
* Manage compliance monitoring checks for new accounts and third parties, ensuring all parties are properly vetted and authorised.
* Provide insight and reports on potential risks and sales trends to inform decision-making and prioritise actions.
What We\\\'re Looking For:
We need someone who is proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and an eye for detail. You should have:
* A thorough understanding of the motor finance industry and key regulatory obligations.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to navigate complex data to identify issues.
* The ability to influence and negotiate with senior distributor management to drive compliance and action.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* A customer-focused attitude with a solid ability to balance regulatory and commercial requirements.
* Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills to deliver results effectively.
