Our client, a renowned and continuously growing business in Shoreham, are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant on a temporary basis (with the possibility of moving permanent).

The Executive Assistant supports the ELT with administration, scheduling, logistics, communication, and confidential tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective leadership.
What do you need for the role?
Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting multiple senior leaders.
Previous experience as an EA in a Tier 1/2 private equity portfolio company.
Expertise in complex diary and schedule management.
Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Teams and other office systems.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking and prioritisation.
Strong communicator and collaborator, confident across all levels and fostering a positive work culture.
Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing independence with teamwork.
Discreet, trustworthy, and resourceful, with a hands-on, solution-focused attitude.

Some of the main duties include:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO and ELT (CFO, CRO, CTO, COO, CPO), including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, managing logistics, creating presentations, compiling documentation, drafting agendas, taking minutes, producing reports, and setting up IT systems for video conferencing.
Project and Initiative Support: Assist with ELT projects and initiatives, ensuring high-level administrative support.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, private equity owners, and suppliers.
Travel Arrangements: Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage all associated logistics.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Executive Directors, managing inquiries and drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on their behalf.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Event Support: Support the planning and execution of company-wide and ELT events, including organising team dinners and other engagements.
Personal PA Duties: Provide personal assistance to the Executive Directors as required.
Office Management: Perform ad hoc tasks such as maintaining supplies and ensuring the ELT Cube is fully equipped.
Team Communication: Ensure consistent and effective communication across the team.
