An exciting opportunity has risen for the appointment of a permanent Deputy Ward Manager on Citrine Ward at Ardenleigh Women's Secure Blended Service. You will be working alongside the current management team to lead and motivate a nursing team to provide excellent care. Main duties of the job To be responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of the evidence based care required, including health promotion for a named service user/group.
