We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and organised Asset Management Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer Experience Team If you're skilled in Excel with Sales & Administration experience looking to thrive in a tech-focused, innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you What You'll Do: Maintain accurate asset registers and coordinate data for precise billing. Oversee SIM processes, manage activations and cancellations, and support subscription migrations. Handle returns, liaise across departments, and keep customer records up to date. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT to ensure streamlined asset management. Generate reports and identify areas for process improvement. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met. What We're Looking For: Positive and proactive attitude with strong communication skills. Highly organised multitasker with excellent attention to detail. Strong Excel skills Previous experience in a sales, or administration setting.
