Salary: £90 - £110 Per day (6.5 hour working day)
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students with challenging behaviour within an educational setting
* Implement behaviour management strategies as directed by the SENCO or teacher
* Assist in the development and implementation of individual behaviour plans
* Supervise and engage students in positive activities to promote social and emotional development
* Record and report on student behaviour and progress to relevant staff
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Prior experience working with children or young people in an educational or support role
* Understanding of behaviour management techniques
* Ability to build positive relationships with students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience and resilience when dealing with challenging behaviour
* Relevant qualifications in behaviour management or special educational needs
* First Aid certification
Additional Information:
* Work within an educational setting with students who may display challenging behaviour
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
* Contract position with the possibility of extension
