About the Role
In this hands-on role, you'll be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing day-to-day support for office-based and remote users. Working within a highly technical environment, you'll ensure IT systems, devices, and infrastructure remain secure, efficient, and fully operational. Y
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver 1st and 2nd line support across a variety of systems and devices
* Manage user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and resolve technical issues
* Support Windows, Office 365, iOS, conferencing tools, and networking basics
* Maintain accurate records of assets, incidents, and IT procedures
* Assist with onboarding and user inductions
Experience & Qualifications
* Graduate or experience in a 1st line IT support role
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, Office 365, and iOS
* Familiarity with Active Directory, SharePoint, and basic networking
