You'll monitor the delivery of care, contribute to person-centred care planning, and record observations on vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure. It's vital for us that every resident enjoys meaningful one-to-one time with our carers during every shift.
ABOUT YOU A background in care is important, along with a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care would be useful, as would a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. Ideally, you'll also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. Your passion for people means you'll go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of residents. Flexibility is crucial, and you'll need your own car or ready access to one. Mileage will be covered for travel over five miles from your main home, and you may qualify for a bonus if we achieve a 'Good' rating during an inspection.
