As part of this transformation, we have established 34 new Family Help Teams across the county, each dedicated to providing tailored support to families in their local area.

What Are We Looking For?
We're seeking exceptional professionals to lead a Family Help Team in Farnborough:
* Capable of effectively managing a diverse team of social workers and family support workers, ensuring the provision of top-tier social work services to children and families. Highly skilled, experienced, and driven social workers with previous experience as an Assistant Team Manager in Children's Social Care.
* While prior experience working with children and young people is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
* Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to inspire and motivate staff while effectively communicating your dedication to achieving optimal outcomes for children.
* Prior experience in budget management is desirable but not a requirement.
* Must be registered as a Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England.
