NetSuite Consultant Cheltenham (Hybrid/Remote Options) Up to £65,000pa DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing, innovative tech company based in Cheltenham As a Professional Services Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients worldwide with the implementation of NetSuite and custom-built cloud applications. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where strong technical skills, business acumen, and a passion for problem-solving will be essential. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the pre-sales process by preparing and demonstrating NetSuite and cloud application solutions to potential clients. Managing the implementation of NetSuite for organisations, globally. Conducting workshops with clients to identify business requirements, pain points, and areas for improvement. Developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and helping to design tailored solutions. Leading the implementation of NetSuite/ERP and cloud applications, including configuring software, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful user acceptance testing. Training clients and providing on-going support through remote sessions and occasional on-site visits. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting on project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations are met. Collaborating with internal teams for customisations and integrations as required. About you: At least 5 years’ experience in a business environment, with a minimum of 3 years using ERP systems. Strong understanding of financial management and accounting processes. Experience in managing projects from start to finish, including resources, time, budgets, and client relationships. NetSuite ERP system experience and/or certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified Administrator) is highly desirable. Experience implementing ERP systems and modules, such as NetSuite OneWorld, CRM, or Manufacturing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and teams at all levels. Highly organised, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
