You will coordinate communications between insolvency practitioners, legal teams, as well as other departments, monitor case timelines, and ensure statutory and compliance is being followed. The successful Insolvency Manager: Essential: 5 years experience corporate Insolvency. Experience leading a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience dealing with pre pack sales/SIP16 requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Desirable: Professional qualifications such as CPI or JIEB. ACA/ACCA qualified.
