Work Location: The Castle, Winchester (Hybrid mix of office-based, remote and (occasional) site working)

The Role:
The Pipeline & Programmes Manager will join the leadership team of Hampshire County Council’s award-winning Property Service's which is one of the largest in-house property functions in local government. They will lead the Pipeline & Programmes team taking responsibility for the delivery and ongoing development of the programme management approach across the service.
This is a great opportunity to lead a high performing team of around 20 professionals who are responsible for the forward planning of the significant pipeline of Property Services’ work and providing project and programme management expertise across a range of clients and programmes including major capital, repairs & maintenance, asset strategy and continuous improvement.
The Council's Property Service is a multi-disciplinary design, facilities and estate management team who hold considerable expertise in the stewardship of the public estate, delivering work that supports more than 1000 sites and the 1.4 million residents across Hampshire.
