Job Description:
As an Administrator for Victim Services, you'll play a vital role in ensuring victims and witnesses of crime receive the timely and compassionate support they need. You'll be responsible for managing communications, coordinating team activities, and maintaining efficient administrative systems. Duties include monitoring the service inbox, organising meetings, processing data reports, and liaising with volunteers to enhance service delivery. You'll also support case workers and ensure referrals are actioned promptly, helping maintain Catch22's high standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Experience with data systems and reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* A collaborative and compassionate mindset to support team and service users.
Desirable: Experience in minute-taking, knowledge of data protection regulations, and previous work in victim services or a similar role.
Additional Information
Contract: Part time, permanent
Hours & work pattern: Standard office hours, 0900-1700; flexible working available. 22.5 hours
Salary: £14,145 (£23,575 FTE)
Screening: Successful admission to post subject to enhanced DBS check, Police vetting check, and employer Right To Work in the UK check. The post-holder must have right to work in the UK. Catch22 does not currently provide a licence to sponsor visas.
