Overall Objective: To assist in the correct completion of works, help to assist with programme deadlines, help produce a high quality finish and adhere to all good Health and Safety working practices To assist the Site Manager in carrying their responsibilities To assist the Subcontractors: Assist the Site Manager in programming of works Key Accountabilities: To comply with all Health and Safety legislation Working with the Site Manager to supervise all subcontract trades Assist the Site Manager in the coordination of subcontractors and material deliveries ensuring an efficient build Assist in scheduling of works to ensure production targets are met and a high quality of product is achieved Assist in ensuring all working methods are performed correctly and to a high standard Assist the Site Manager in completing all required paperwork produced from site, updates, Health and Safety, environmental, material returns and wage sheets At all times, comply with Esh Property Services policies, procedures and instructions Assist in implementing any new ideas/methods and seek ways of both improving contributions to the organisation’s goals ensuring the reputation of the company Liaise with our client’s representatives to ensure highest possible satisfaction and all relevant inspections are completed on time It is not possible for this document to totally encompass or define all tasks that may be required of the post holder.
