Your Key Responsibilities: As a Location Accountant / Financial Controller, you'll support the venue management team, helping drive financial performance and operational excellence. Here's a glimpse of what you'll do: Serve as the main commercial resource on event days, managing tills, PDQs, and tech to keep everything running perfectly. Prepare and review P&L reports pre- and post-event, utilising attendance and SPH assumptions. Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting and budgeting. Create, analyse, and refine budgets, providing clear insights into contract performance. Partner with venue leaders to provide reporting, analysis, and business insight. Enhance Working Capital by managing debt, stock, and cash control. Facilitate seamless internal reporting and business reviews, linking venue and head office teams to ensure efficient finance processes. Requirements Ideally AAT qualified or working towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA (QBE is also welcome). Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in a similar industry. Proficient in Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. Effective communicator, able to present complex information clearly.
