Key Duties Include Data Management & Validation: Handle e-track queries and validate reports from Information Services. Communication: Manage incoming telephone inquiries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly. Direct Support to Clinical Staff: Provide essential administrative assistance to consultants and nurse specialists, including diary and appointment management. Supervision of Band 2 Staff: Oversee and supervise Band 2 team members, including performance appraisals (MPAs). Clinic Management: Utilise the Clinician system to schedule or cancel clinics as needed, ensuring optimal clinic utilisation. Email Management: Respond to emails across multiple mailboxes, keeping communication smooth and organised.
