Job summary We are looking for a Practice Nurse in a GP surgery in Orpington Kent. Our practice aims to provide excellent quality care to our patients while supporting and developing our staff. We are looking for a passionate and motivated nurse who has excellent communications skills, experience in Chronic Disease management who wants to work within an amazing, innovative multi-disciplinary team. Main duties of the job The ideal candidate will work as an integral part of the Primary Health Care Team. Working autonomously with our patients within the surgery and our practice community. This role is varied and covers all aspects of general practice nursing duties. The ideal candidates must be a team player able to adapt to changing work practices and be flexible to cover sickness and holidays. The ideal candidates must have attention to detail as accuracy is a key requirement of the role. You must also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
