Cashmere Caveman Co, Wild Kitchens (CCCWK) was founded by Guy Ritchie and is home to the WildKitchen, WildTent, and WildTable. Combining Guy’s love of fire, BBQ’s and the great outdoors, these high-end, outdoor lifestyle products bring a brand-new way to cook, gather and eat outdoors. Finally, it’s possible to enjoy al fresco dining all year round, within the world’s first, fully-retractable canvas and hardwood WildTent, whilst cooking on the unique WildTable. The products have featured in Guy Ritchie’s films and TV series including the recent and very successful The Gentlemen TV series on Netflix.
The company, which launched at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021, has been through an extensive process of research and development, and is now looking to increase sales and production both in the UK, and to a wider international market. WildKitchens have already been sold to clients in USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Portugal and Italy.
The Role
CCCWK are looking for a proactive, positive person to join the Tent Team. The Tent Team Operative will play a key role in manufacturing, assembling and installing WildKitchens in the UK and abroad, along with the rest of the Tent Team. They will also work closely with the Warehouse Team to ensure close stock control, accurate ordering and minimising wastage and loss, as well as support delivery of WildTable sales. Assembly and finishing of each kitchen takes place at the warehouse in Aylesford, Kent. Installations take place across the UK and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. This will involve cutting timber lengths to size including creation of joints, as well as sanding and staining timber
2. Appropriate fixings are then added and the timber lengths are connected using metal brackets to create the frame of the tent
3. The WildTent is then pre-assembled in the warehouse, the manufactured canvas panels are fitted, as well as the remaining components added
4. The finished tent is then disassembled ready for packing and transporting
5. This role requires considerable DIY skills or experience gained through work i.e. carpentry, property maintenance, installations, general maintenance person. Stock control and ordering of warehouse items required for WildKitchens
6. Packing disassembled WildTent using appropriate materials and methods to ensure safe transportation for both UK and international orders
7. Transporting products and tools to site for UK installations using company vehicles
8. Re-erecting WildKitchens at the clients premises as part of a 2 to 4 man team
9. For international installations, products are shipped to the location, and the team travel upon arrival of the goods to install
10. Visiting previous WildKitchen installations to carry out maintenance and repairs
General
1. Support the warehouse team during quieter periods by preparing and delivering WildTables to UK customers
2. Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components at key stages in the build
3. Collection of materials required from suppliers
4. Working with the Design team to feedback on product issues and improvements to minimise repairs

3. Full training will be given on all systems and processes. Must be willing to complete refresher training as deemed necessary by the employer

5. Happy working on site in different locations, including overnight stays and international travel
6. A high level of flexibility to work internationally for up to 1 week per month with short notice
7. The role will involve lots of heavy lifting and bending so a good level of physical fitness is required
8. A valid passport for international travel

Working Hours
1. Basic daily hours are 7.30am to 4pm
2. Flexibility will be required for installations, repairs or events (all travel to UK customers will be in a company vehicle)
3. Any extra hours worked are taken as Time Of In Lieu, or paid as overtime
4. For international travel, all expenses are covered by the company, and per diem payments are made on top of this.
5. Some international installations may run over a weekend, and these days will be given back as Time Off In Lieu or Paid Overtime.
6. Annual leave is 20 days per annum, plus Bank Holidays
7. A discretionary company bonus may be paid in successful years
