Full-time Description nimble solutions is currently seeking a Senior Account Receivable Representative to join our growing team nimble provides revenue cycle outsourcing services to ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. As the Senior Account Receivable Representative, you will be responsible for production performance and quality on assigned client accounts. You will own and work production on a variety of client accounts that require additional support due to risk and/or complexity of account or other factors that may require additional support. The individual should have an understanding and experience in Medical Liens related to personal injury cases. This individual should have a successful track record of drive for results on client accounts, proven sustained track record of exceeding productivity targets, advanced expertise in RCM accounts receivables, claims, overall process, and demonstrated ability to solve client account issues and account management. What you'll be doing: RCM Process and Expertise 100% working accounts, with emphasis on medical liens related to personal injury cases Communication skills, dealing with lawyers and lien offices Manages, drives, and produces for assigned account. For RCM clients, target is 30 accounts or greater per day Billing policies, state guidelines, reimbursement analysis, and assists with resolution of challenging accounts and claims Maintains a detailed knowledge of client specific SOWs Helps to drive A/R policies, procedures, and best practices, and make suggestions for revisions and updating information. Is the subject matter expert for the client account, client system, and personal injury and lien cases Partners with learning and development to create training curriculum specific to client processes and systems as it relates to personal injury and lien cases Reporting and Analytics Identify denial trends, report on global payer issues, and recommend recovery plans to Director Help drive recovery plans and ensure plans are on track Requirements Who you are: 2 years of experience in A/R, with at least 1 year in AR 2 position 2 years A/R and claims in the healthcare industry 2 years dealing directly with lawyers Medical accounts receivable, detailed oriented skillset Strong analytic skills and proven success and track record of driving results and exceeding productivity targets and KPIs for clients supported Expert knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, Liability, and Worker’s Compensation requirements and procedures, diagnosis and medical terminology Expert level of expertise with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of and ability to comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality policies Intermediate knowledge of the revenue cycle is required, experience with ASC billing preferred 2 years’ experience in a variety of RCM practice management systems Key Competencies Drives Results.
