Anti-Social Behaviour and Nuisance Manager needed in Newham The rate is £28.01ph PAYE This is a temporary role The reference number is: RQ1436307 The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring there is a co-ordinated response to responding to anti-social behaviour (ASB) and nuisance in the borough, involving all relevant partners and services in supporting vulnerable residents and taking action against persistent offenders. The post-holder will lead a team tasked with problem-solving, anti-social behaviour and nuisance response, investigations and legislative enforcement activities. To develop and drive a performance culture with a focus on delivering excellent customer services to residents when addressing ASB and lead by example for other Council services and social housing landlords. To drive high performance when managing and resolving anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, ensuring that services meet the needs of residents living in the borough embedding a culture of accountability, personal responsibility and continuous improvement among front-line ASB officers. The post-holder will support the Head of Community Safety and Corporate Resilience, senior officers and elected Members in engaging with other agencies at a local and regional level to ensure a coordinated and shared approach to ASB D ue to high volumes of CVs received, we are not able to respond to all unsuccessful applications.
