The Team You Will Join
The Business Support Team sits within Servicing & Operations. The team is split into various functions, with the agency side responsible for key processes within the UK business, such as the onboarding of Intermediary firms, payment of Commissions, and transferring of schemes between intermediary firms/advisers.
Other functions within the Business Support team include Governance & Oversight and Complaints. This team uniquely works across all product lines, providing touchpoints to all teams within the UK Business, including Claims, Finance, Legal, Servicing, and Sales.
The Opportunity
This Administrator role focuses on Administration, specifically the management of IFA Agencies. Responsibilities include processing terms of business, completing novation agreements, managing commission payments, and providing support for the MetLife eCommerce platform. The Business Support Associate will also handle customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing of Terms of Business Agreements between IFA's and MetLife.
* Keying details onto the agency management system.
* Checking and understanding the FCA register.
* Processing bulk transfers of policies.
* Developing relationships with Customer Servicing Teams, Sales Teams, and IFA's.
* Day-to-day organization of agency management tasks.
* Dealing with escalated issues.
* Sending daily TNPS and unpaid reports.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
What You Need To Succeed (Required Qualifications)
* Relevant work experience in a customer-centric organization.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Educated to at least GCSE level in Math & English.
* Strong teamwork ethics and the ability to work independently.
* Flexible approach and attitude.
* Able to use initiative and work well under pressure.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Good MS Excel knowledge and IT literacy.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
