What’s involved?
As breakfast chef, you will be responsible for cooking and presenting a variety of hot dishes including the traditional full English, vegan offerings and eggs benefit/royale/Florentine – as well as the continental board.
You will ensure that the kitchen is clean and organised, and that food safety and hygiene standards are met.
The successful applicants will need to be versatile, to be able to help with prep tasks from the main kitchen if needed.
